Today was a good day filled with waterfalls and challenges.
In the morning we walked along the valley floor to Trummelbachfalls which was tiring but very worth the long walk. The waterfall was pretty and we got to see it from many different view points. At each of the view points we would get splashed by the glacier waters, coming from the waterfall, cooling us down from the warm weather outside.
Later on we came back to the chalet and had a tasty lunch of crossionts with ham and cheese inside. After that we had pan au chocolate. We then went to the nearby town of Lauterbrunnen where we were presented with a challenge. We were given a list of things we needed to do, buy or take pictures of. (Well done to Libby's team who won)
When we came back we sat in the garden surrounded by mountains and had a barbecue. As it was Leona's birthday we sang happy birthday and had a cake to celebrate. Later on we had a campfire, sang songs and taught others songs we knew.
Today was a fun day!
